1. We Monitor and resolve issues:
With this offering we connect your servers to the Tapasol Remote Monitoring System. When a problem is detected we remotely login and resolve the problem or send an engineer to site if required.
2. You monitor and we resolve issues:
We install and configure the Tapasol Remote Monitoring System at your site. This enables you to monitor your IT infrastructure. If a problem is detected it automatically notifies us via SMS and email, we can then remotely login to resolve the problem or send an engineer onsite to resolve the problem.
3. You monitor and you resolve issues:
We install and configure the Tapasol Remote Monitoring System at your site. This enables you to monitor your IT infrastructure. We configure automatic notification to be sent to your IT support organisation who resolves the issue.
With our solution we monitor all the critical hardware components for example
- CPU Utilization
- Memory Utilization
- Disk Utilization
We also monitor all the critical applications on your server to ensure that they are operating within normal conditions.
